This years Scottish Dharma Celebration will be held in the Gartocarn Millenium Hall on the Southern Shores of the famous Loch Lomond. Set in a stunning landscape of rugged natural beauty, surrounded by hills and mountains. In this setting Kadam Bridget Heyes our UK, National Spiritual Director will grant the blessing empowerment of Avalokiteshvara and give teachings on the six perfections.
