Kadam Bridget Heyes, our UK National Spiritual Director, is a strong and dedicated disciple of Venerable Geshe La. She has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism for many years. Bridget has a warm, caring nature and a deep understanding of Buddhas teachings. She is an inspiration for all those who wish to transform all activities into the spiritual path. Kadam Bridget will grant the empowerment of White Tara and give commentary.
