Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong

Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong is the US National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition and the Resident Teacher at KMC California.

She has been practicing Buddhism and studying closely under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years and provides an inspiring example of a contemporary Kadampa practitioner for us to follow.

Gen-la Dekyong will lead the meditations in Week 2 of the Summer Festival.

Gen Kelsang Ananda

Gen Kelsang Ananda is the National Spiritual Director of NKT in Germany and the Resident Teacher at KMC Germany.

He is greatly admired as a sincere practitioner and for the clarity and accessibility of his teachings.

Gen Ananda will lead the meditations in Week 1 of the Summer Festival.

Gen Kelsang Thekchen

Gen Kelsang Thekchen is the Resident Teacher of the Chandrakiriti Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada (CKMCC).

He is renowned for his ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a simple, practical and often humorous way, making it easy to put into practice.

Gen Tekchen will lead the reviews in Week 2 of the Summer Festival.
