Festival Registration Office is open: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 10.00 - 16.30
Use One Booking Form Per Person. Bookings will be accepted only if made at least 24 hours in advance of attendance either on line or on an official paper booking form and accompanied by a 25% non-refundable deposit. Bookings cannot be transferred to any other person.
You will receive a letter confirming the details of your booking and payment. Please keep this safe and bring it with you to the Festival. If you are not able to show your confirmation letter you will be required to show some form of photographic identification (eg passport) in order to register for the Festival.
Refund Policy: If you cancel before the start of the Festival we will refund all except the non-refundable 25% deposit. Once the Festival has started, no refunds are given if you cancel all or part of your Festival. Exceptions may be made in circumstances such as sickness or bereavement when you should apply by e-mail to the NKT Secretary, at info@kadampa.org within 2 weeks of the end of each Festival. Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT International Temples Fund.
Please select your accommodation and then choose your meal option. The 'Festival Meal Ticket' includes 3 meals a day in the festival dining marquees. For those not purchasing a 'Festival Meal Ticket', a selection of savoury snacks and light meals will be available in the Festival Cafes.
Single, Double and Twin Rooms: are very limited and priority will be given to those who book for the whole of the Spring Festival, or for the whole of Part 1 and/or Part 2 of the Summer Festival. If you have booked for a double or twin room, please specify who you will be sharing a room with.
Early Arrivals and Late Stays: If you need to stay before or after the Festival, Camping and Marquee Dormitory accommodation are available. Limited spaces may also be available in Indoor Dormitory. This is from May 25 for Spring and July 20 for Summer. It is charged at the relevant daily Festival rate and can be booked when you make your Festival booking.
The Courses You Will Attend: Payment for the Festivals does not include accommodation for the night of the final day, May 31 (Spring) or August 7 (Summer). Summer Festival: Part 1 will end with the final session of retreat at 21.30 on Friday July 30. If you are not staying for Part 2, you are asked to vacate your accommodation by 09.00 on Saturday July 31. If staying on-site for the morning of July 31, please select ‘am only’ option on booking form (charged at half non-resident rate). Registration for those arriving for Part 2 will be 10.30 - 12.30 & 14.00 - 19.30 on Saturday July 31.
Both Festivals will begin with supper at 17.30 on the first day, and end with lunch on the last day.
Parking Vouchers: To cover the costs of rental and preparation of the field for extra parking space, there is a charge of £1.50 per car per day. If you are disabled and need parking space a little nearer the building please tick the box. There is no charge for disabled parking.
