The NKT-IKBU UK Dharma Celebration is a special opportunity for people from across the UK and overseas to gather together and enjoy a meaningful holiday; come and enjoy spiritual teachings, guided meditations, prayers and a chance to relax in a beautiful and peaceful place in the company of friends.
At this year’s UKDC, Kadam Bridget Heyes, UK National Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU, will grant the blessing empowerment of Medicine Buddha and explain how to heal our body and mind through spiritual practice.
Enlightened beings help us by blessing our mind, transforming it from negative states to a peaceful and a positive state. At this special weekend celebration we will learn how to receive this life-changing help and guidance from the supreme Buddha Doctor.
