It is necessary to have booked and paid in full prior to arrival at the Festival, see below for full payment details.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bookings cannot be transferred to another person.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Booking Confirmation &amp; ID:<\/strong> You will receive an email confirming the details of your booking and payment. Please keep this safe as you will be required to show either a paper or digital copy upon arrival. If you are not able to show your confirmation letter you will be required to show some form of photographic identification (eg passport or National ID card) in order to register onsite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Make a Booking:<\/strong> Step by Step instructions can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampafestivals.org\/es\/primavera\/comoreservar\">How to Book<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposit, Balance Payment &amp; Refund Policies:\u00a0<\/strong>NKT-IKBU has contracts with many suppliers, therefore the following conditions apply. Please read the following information carefully (all dates\/times refer to UK\u00a0time).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Festival Fee\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Bookings made on or before 8<\/strong><b>\u00a0May<\/b>: A minimum 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with balance due 7 days prior to the start of the festival.\u00a0 Bookings without the minimum deposit will be cancelled automatically after 72 hours, after which it will be necessary to make a new booking.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Bookings made on or after 9\u00a0May<\/strong>:\u00a0 Require full payment at time of booking.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Cancellations<\/strong>: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including <strong>8 May. <\/strong>From<strong> 9 May <\/strong>the festival fee is non-refundable.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Onsite Accommodation\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The following conditions apply to all accommodation at Manjushri KMC, except for camping in own tent or own campervan (max 6m) options which are subject to the same conditions as Festival Fee above.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Bookings made on or before 8 May<\/strong>: A minimum 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with balance due 7 days prior to the start of the festival.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Bookings made on or after 9 May<\/strong>:\u00a0 require full payment at time of booking.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Cancellations<\/strong>: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including <strong>8 May<\/strong>. From<strong> 9 May<\/strong> the accommodation fee is non-refundable unless we can resell it.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Meals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Bookings made on or before 8 May<\/strong>: A minimum 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with balance due 7 days prior to the start of the festival.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Bookings made on or after 9 May<\/strong>:\u00a0 require full payment at time of booking.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Cancellations<\/strong>: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including <strong>8 May<\/strong>. From<strong> 9 May<\/strong> the meal fee is non-refundable.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Airport Shuttles<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Payment<\/strong>: Full payment required at time of booking &#8211; this will automatically be calculated when you make your booking.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Cancellations<\/strong>: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including <strong>23 April<\/strong>. From <b>24 April<\/b> shuttles are non-refundable unless we are able to resell your seat.\u00a0 If there is insufficient demand for a bus at a particular time, we will notify you in writing, in this case the fee paid will either be credited against your remaining Festival balance, or if you have a zero balance, we will refund you in full.<\/p>\n<p><em>Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Exceptions:<\/strong> May be made in cases of sickness or bereavement; you should apply by e-mail to the NKT Treasurer treasurer@kadampa.org within 2 weeks of the end of each Festival. This applies to Festival Fee and onsite accommodation only and does not apply to meals or transport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Early Arrivals and Late Stays:<\/strong> Onsite accommodation is available to book for 2 nights before and 1 night after the festival.\u00a0 Pre-Festival availability for single, and twin or double rooms are limited however. If your chosen pre or post Festival accommodation is not available, we will offer an alternative. Priority for indoor pre\/post-Festival accommodation is given to those who are staying in the same accommodation during the festival.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ordination Ceremony :<\/strong> Please indicate on the booking form if you will be attending the Ordination Ceremony. Please note: only those already ordained, or receiving ordination for the first time can attend the actual ceremony itself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Children and Young Adults: <\/strong>Children and Young Adults are welcome to attend the Festival however some special conditions apply. Please see the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kadampafestivals.org\/es\/primavera\/ninos-jovenes-adultos\">Children &amp; Young Adults<\/a> page for information about the conditions for children and young adults attending the Festival. Children aged 4 and over who are occupying a bed\/space in a twin or double room will be charged at full adult rates above.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Courses You Will Attend:<\/strong> The 2025 Spring Festival begins on the evening of 23 May and will end with lunch on the final day, Wednesday 28 May &#8211; see <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampafestivals.org\/es\/primavera\/programa\">Programme<\/a> page on website for more info.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Translation Facilities<\/strong>: All Festival Empowerments, Teachings, Reviews, Meditations and Retreat Sessions are conducted in English. Translation will be provided and must be selected at the time of booking.
