Las ense\u00f1anzas llegan profundo, su aplicaci\u00f3n parece natural, conectarnos con nuestro potencial viene sin esfuerzo, en las meditaciones hay menos distracciones, la verdad y la importancia del Dharma facilmente se manifesta. Es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil acceder a una sensaci\u00f3n de felicidad y de posibilidad. De hecho se siente como si estuviera en el aire mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l podr\u00eda ser la explicaci\u00f3n?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Una explicaci\u00f3n la da Guen-la Khyenrab en una recapitulacion por la ma\u00f1ana al explicar la pr\u00e1ctica de cambiarse uno mismo por los demas. Durante la pausa de la meditaci\u00f3n, dijo Guen-la, citando de <em>C\u00f3mo Transformar Tu Vida<\/em>, \u00abcuando nos encontremos con alguien debemos pensar: Esta persona es importante. Cuando tantas personas meditan juntas, hacen oraciones juntas, participan en la <em>\u00a0Gema que colma todos los deseos<\/em> juntas y conectan con la extraordinaria visi\u00f3n de nuestro Gu\u00eda Espiritual juntas hay una palpable bendici\u00f3n de grupo.
