When booking a twin or triple room, only one person should book the room. The room-mate\/s should also make a Festival booking but select the accommodation option &#8216;sharing a room&#8217;. Both the person booking the room, and the room-mate\/s, will be required to indicate on the booking form who they will be sharing with.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shared room, indoor and outdoor dormitory accommodation, and camping are booked per person<\/strong>. Camping and camper van bookers must first select the camping option.\u00a0 When booking a pre-erected tent, only one person should book the tent, everyone using the tent must book camping. If you&#8217;re sharing your own tent, everyone must book camping.<\/p>\n<p>You must be 18 years or over to stay in shared room or dormitory accommodation <em>(**see children and young adults accommodation section below).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Indoor accommodation<\/strong> (single, twin, double and triple rooms) must be booked for the full festival. Beds in shared rooms and indoor dorms will have a limited number available to book for either week 1 or week 2, the remainder must be booked for the full festival. \u00a0<strong>Marquee dorms<\/strong> must be booked for minimum whole of Week 1 or Week 2 &#8211; a limited number of marquee dorm spaces are available for 4 night minimum.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Linen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Single, Twin and Triple rooms<\/strong> &#8211; all linen and towels are provided.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shared rooms<\/strong> &#8211; all linen is provided (Note: no towel provided).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indoor and Marquee Dormitories<\/strong> &#8211; Bottom sheet, pillowcase and a blanket are provided. You must bring a sleeping bag or duvet and a towel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Camping<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You will be required to camp in designated areas only. Due to active woodland management, these may differ from previous Festivals so please do not pitch your tent prior to registering.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>**Children&#8217;s \u00a0Accommodation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We regret we are unable to accommodate children under 16 in shared rooms or dormitory accommodation.<\/li>\n<li>Children aged 3 and under sharing their parent&#8217;s bed are free of charge.<\/li>\n<li>Children aged 4 and over who are occupying a bed\/space in a twin room will be charged at the full adult rate.<\/li>\n<li>Children aged under 16 who are camping (in parent&#8217;s own tent) are free of charge.
