Refund Policy:<\/strong> IKRC Grand Canyon has contracted with many suppliers, therefore the following conditions apply. Please carefully read the \u00a0information below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Festival Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bookings made on or before 18 September <\/strong>require a minimum non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. Bookings without the minimum deposit will be cancelled automatically after 72 hours, after which it will be necessary to make a new booking. Balance payment is due by 18 September.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bookings made on or after 19 September <\/strong>require full payment at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong> 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 18 September. From 19 September the Festival Fee is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Onsite Accommodation\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bookings for onsite shared rooms<\/strong> &#8211; Due to the limited availability and to enable as many people as possible to access affordable onsite accommodation, bookings for these rooms will only be confirmed if booked for the full number of people i.e. Quads &#8211; 4 people; 5 Share &#8211; 5 people; 6 Share &#8211; 6 people, and all room-mate names have been provided. Room mates must also have a valid festival booking.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bookings made on or before <\/strong><strong>18 September <\/strong>require a minimum non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. Bookings without the minimum deposit will be cancelled automatically after 72 hours, after which it will be necessary to make a new booking. Balance payment is due by 18 September.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bookings made on or after 19 September <\/strong>require full payment at time of booking.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations: <\/strong>25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 18 September. From 19 September the accommodation fee is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Meals and Parking<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bookings made on or before <\/strong><strong>18 September <\/strong>require a minimum non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. Balance payment is due by 18 September.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bookings made on or after 19 September<\/strong>\u00a0require full payment at time of booking.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations: <\/strong>25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 18 September. From 19 September meals and parking fees are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Offsite Accommodation ** Please note payment deadlines **<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bookings made on or before <\/strong><strong>23 August <\/strong>require a minimum non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. Bookings without the minimum deposit will be cancelled automatically after 72 hours, after which it will be necessary to make a new booking. Balance payment is due by 24 August.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bookings made on or after 24 August <\/strong>require full payment at time of booking.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations: <\/strong>25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 23 August. From 24 August the accommodation fee is non-refundable unless we are able to resell the room.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pre\/Post Festival nights:<\/strong> See <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampafestivals.org\/pt-br\/fall\/acomodacao\">Accommodation<\/a> page for details. Enquiries must be made through Festival Registration and not directly with the hotel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Credit Card on arrival:<\/strong> A credit card must be registered at each offsite accommodation venue against each room for any incidental expenses incurred during your stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Airport Shuttles and Daily Shuttles<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Payment: <\/strong>Full payment required at time of booking &#8211; this will automatically be calculated when you make your booking.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations:\u00a0<\/strong>25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 31 August. From 1 September shuttles are non-refundable. If there is insufficient demand for a bus at a particular time, we will notify you in writing and the fee paid will either be credited against your remaining Festival balance, or if you have a zero balance, we will refund you in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Any non-refunded fees<\/strong> arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exceptions:<\/strong> May be made in cases of sickness or bereavement; you should apply by e-mail to the NKT Treasurer treasurer@kadampa.org within 2 weeks of the end of each Festival. This applies to Festival Fee and onsite accommodation only and does not apply to meals or transport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Early Arrivals and Late Stays<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Onsite accommodation is available to book for 2 nights before and 1 night after the Festival. If your chosen pre or post Festival accommodation is not available, we will offer an alternative. Priority for indoor pre or post Festival accommodation is given to those who are staying in the same accommodation during the Festival. Offsite Festival hotels and the KOA campground are subject to availability &#8211; see <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampafestivals.org\/pt-br\/fall\/acomodacao\">Accommodation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Children and Young Adults<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Children and Young Adults are welcome to attend the Festival however some special conditions apply. Please see the <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampafestivals.org\/pt-br\/fall\/festival-kids\">Children &amp; Young Adults<\/a> page for information about the conditions for children and young adults attending the Festival.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Course You Will Attend<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 2025 Fall Festival begins on the evening of 3 October and will end with lunch on the final day, Thursday 9 October &#8211; see <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampafestivals.org\/pt-br\/fall\/programa\">Program<\/a> page for more info.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Translation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All Festival Empowerments, Teachings, Reviews, Meditations and Retreat Sessions will be conducted in English. Translation will be provided and must be selected at the time of booking. See <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampafestivals.org\/pt-br\/fall\/translation-special-needs\">Translation &amp; Assisted<\/a> Needs page for more info.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Audio Recordings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Audio recordings are of the teaching sessions only and do not include the empowerment, guided meditations or retreat sessions. Audio recordings can be purchased at the time of booking, or added to your cart later up to one month after the Festival. The final date for purchasing audio recordings is <strong>9 November 2025<\/strong>.\u00a0 Recordings may be purchased for the whole festival or weekend weekend only (Fri-Sun). You must have booked to attend the necessary sessions.
