You can do this <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampabookings.org\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make sure your account details are up to date:<\/strong> If you already have an account, please check that all your contact details (including which NKT Centre you attend) are correct &#8211; doing so can avoid unnecessary complications with your booking. You can do this <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampabookings.org\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read the Terms and Conditions:<\/strong> Before booking, please ensure you have read the booking <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampafestivals.org\/summer\/terms-and-cond\">Terms and Conditions<\/a>, in particular the sections on deposits, payment deadlines, and refund policies.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>WHEN BOOKINGS GO LIVE<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Because accommodation at Manjushri KMC is limited, and to give everyone who wishes to book accommodation the same chance, there will be a 10-minute window in which to complete and submit the form before bookings are processed. After 10 minutes, bookings will be processed in a random order to give the same opportunity to everyone to book the options they wish.<\/p>\n<p>The booking button will go live on the website approximately one hour before booking opens. \u00a0Click on the booking button above and log into your account. \u00a0A countdown clock will then appear.<\/p>\n<p>At booking opening time the clock will go to zero and automatically load your personal details (please check they are correct and update where necessary).<\/p>\n<p>You will then have 10 minutes to complete and submit the booking form. All bookings submitted within the first 10 minutes will be placed in a queue.<\/p>\n<p>10 minutes after booking opening time the queue will be processed in a random order.<\/p>\n<p>Bookings received after the initial 10 minutes queue time, will be processed in the order in which they are submitted.<\/p>\n<p>After submitting a booking and during booking processing, it is important that you do not close your browser or move away from the page until you receive a message confirming that your booking has been accepted. In the event that any of your options have sold out, you will be directed back to your booking form to make another selection and resubmit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 1: Click on the link above to book in-person<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 2: <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampabookings.org\/\">Create an account<\/a> or log in to your account<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is possible to save the names of several people in one account. If you have multiple names in your account, upon login you will be prompted to select the name of the person you wish to make a booking for. If you wish to make multiple bookings at booking opening time, you can log into your account on separate browser tabs, otherwise you can add other people to your cart after you have made an initial booking using the &#8216;add another booking&#8217; button.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 3: Complete the Booking Form<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please ensure you select all the options you require when making your\u00a0booking. Full information is available on this website.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Festival Attendance<\/strong>: book for the whole event or specific days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accommodation:<\/strong> select accommodation if required. See below for details on how to book accommodation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accommodation Type:<\/strong> (eg. single, twin). \u00a0Select your preferred option. \u00a0If this is sold out, use the back button to return to the list and chose another option.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meals:<\/strong> Lunch will be available for anyone to book. Those who have selected onsite accommodation will have the option to book Supper. Only one person should book the room. Room-mate(s) should also make a Festival booking but select the accommodation option &#8216;sharing a room&#8217;. Both the person booking the room, and the room-mate(s), will be required to indicate on the booking form who they will be sharing with.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Onsite shared accommodation:<\/strong> One booking per person.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Camping:<\/strong> One booking per person. If you are sharing a tent, only one person should book the tent space, everyone else selects &#8216;sharing a tent&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Children &amp; Young Adults:<\/strong> See the <a href=\"https:\/\/kadampafestivals.org\/summer\/festival-kids\">Children and Young Adults<\/a> page for information about booking accommodation for children and young adults.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BOOKING STATUS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Incomplete:<\/strong> there is still some action you need to take e.g. minimum deposit has not\u00a0been paid, room mate has not been named.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In Progress:<\/strong>\u00a0 all necessary information has been submitted. The Festival Registration team is confirming that the information is correct and that your booking options are available. This stage may take some time especially when booking initially opens due to the number of bookings received. You will receive an email with a link to your booking cart once the minimum payment has been successfully processed. Please keep this information in a secure place so that you can access your booking cart later.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confirmed:<\/strong> closer to the Festival, you will receive a confirmation letter from the Festival Registration team.
