Festival Fees
There is a discount on Festival Fees for bookings of the Whole Festival received on or before 11:59pm (UK Time) 19 June.

Camping
There are three camping options. For each option, you must first booking camping – then select which of the camping options you require.
- bringing your own tent
- booking a ready-erected tent (includes mattress, pillow and blanket)
- bringing your own campervan (very limited spaced available)

*Very limited spaces. Please do not bring a campervan or caravan unless you have reserved a space otherwise we will be unable to accommodate you. No cooking is allowed. All campervans and caravans must be parked in designated spaces and are not permitted in the field car park. If bringing a caravan, you must move your car to the main festival car park in the field once your caravan is parked.
Children’s Accommodation
- Please see the Children and Young Adults and Accommodation pages for information about accommodation availability and conditions for children and young adults.
- Children aged 3 and under sharing their parent’s tent or bed are free of charge.
- Children aged 4 and over who are occupying a bed/space in a twin or double room will be charged at full adult rates above.
- Children aged under 16 who are camping in their parent's own tent are free of charge however there is a charge of £2/day for breakfast. (Children aged under 16 are not permitted to camp in their own tent but must share with an adult family member/nominated carer.)
- Children aged 3 or under who are camping in a ready-erected tent are free of charge.
- Children aged 4 and over who are camping in a ready-erected tent will be counted towards the maximum occupancy of the tent.
Young Adults Accommodation (16 & 17 year olds)
- Young Adults cannot be accommodated in shared room or dormitory accommodation. They may stay in twin accommodation if their nominated responsible adult is also sharing the room.
Airport Shuttles
Shuttles are offered between Manchester Airport and Manjushri KMC subject to demand. £30/each way. See Travel Info page for more information and times.
Pre-Booked Meals
Meals can be pre-booked at the time of booking your Festival. See food and drink for more info about meals.

Children’s Meals
Children’s portions for lunch and supper are available for those 12 years and under, and are charged at 50%. Children 13 years and over are charged as adult. Breakfast, unless included in the accommodation fee, is £2 per day.
Parking
Standard Parking: £3.50 per day/part of day. All car parking is in the festival field car park near the main entrance.
Accessible Parking: Free for blue badge holders (or equivalent from your country)- must be displayed in your windscreen. See Parking page for information on conditions and availability.
Van Parking: Vans are not permitted in the field. Day visitors with vans should select the van option when booking parking (spaces are limited). Those sleeping in a van should book camping/campervan options and do not need to pay separately for parking.
Audio Recordings
Recordings of the teaching sessions only are available. The empowerments, meditations or retreat sessions are not available as recordings. Audio recordings may be purchased when making a booking or, if you have already booked, through the 'add option' feature in your booking cart. Recordings may be ordered in the following languages: English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Cantonese and Mandarin. Recordings may only be purchased for sessions that you have registered for. Recordings are for the sole use of the registered recipient and should not be shared.
