Pre-registration is necessary: It is necessary to have booked and paid in full prior to arrival at the Festival.

Bookings cannot be transferred to another person.

Deposit, Balance Payment & Refund Policy: NKT-IKBU has contracted with many suppliers, therefore the following conditions apply. Please carefully read the  information below.

Festival Fee

  • Bookings made on or before 21 September: A minimum 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.  Bookings without the minimum deposit will be cancelled automatically after 72 hours, after which it will be necessary to make a new booking. Balance payment is due by 21 September.
  • Bookings made on or after 22 September are non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 21 September. From 22 September the Festival Fee is non- refundable.

 Accommodation (KMC Spain)

  • Bookings made on or before 21 September: A minimum 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance payment is due by 21 September.
  • Bookings made on or after 22 September:  require full payment at time of booking.
  • Cancellations: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 21 September. From 22 September the accommodation fee is non- refundable unless we are able to resell it.

Meals

  • Bookings made on or before 21 September: A minimum 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance payment is due by 21 September.
  • Bookings made on or after 22 September:  require full payment at time of booking.
  • Cancellations: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 21 September. From 22 September meals are non- refundable.

Airport Shuttles

  • Payment: Full payment required at time of booking – this will automatically be calculated when you make your booking. 
  • Cancellations: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 21 September. From 22 September shuttles are non- refundable. If there is insufficient demand for a bus at a particular time, we will notify you in writing, in this case the fee paid will either be credited against your remaining Festival balance, or if you have a zero balance, we will refund you in full.

Offsite Shuttles (Málaga City, Torremolinos, Alhaurín el Grande, Alhaurín De la Torre)

  • Payment: Full payment required at time of booking – this will automatically be calculated when you make your booking
  • Cancellations: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 21 September. From 22 September shuttle is non- refundable.

Onsite Parking 

  • Payment: Full payment required at time of booking – this will automatically be calculated when you make your booking
  • Cancellations: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 21 September. From 22 September parking is non- refundable.

Translation: All Festival Teachings, Reviews, Meditations and Retreat Sessions will be conducted in English. Translation will be provided and must be selected at the time of booking.

Audio Recordings: Audio recordings are of the teaching sessions only and do not include the guided meditation or retreat sessions and can be purchased at the time of booking, or added to your cart later up to one month after the Festival. The final date for purchasing audio recordings is 12 November 2023.  Recordings may only be purchased for all the teaching sessions or the teaching sessions on the weekend only (Fri - Sun), you must have booked to attend the necessary sessions.  Recordings are for the sole use of the registered recipient and should not be shared.
