Trailborn Grand Canyon is located in Williams, about 15 minutes from IKRC Grand Canyon.

Trailborn is a thoughtfully renovated hotel transforming a classic Route 66 motor lodge into a contemporary hotel whilst maintaining its historic charm. The hotel has comfortable modern rooms and facilities such as a seasonal outdoor pool & hot tub, outdoor patio, fireplace, playground, and games area.

Miss Kitty's, a full service restaurant, is located on the hotel property and the hotel is within walking distance of local restaurants.

Accessible rooms are subject to availability and need to be specifically requested. They have one king bed, and are ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. Please contact Festival Registration for more specific information regarding the rooms and to check availability.

Free parking is provided, subject to availability, and must be indicated on booking form.

A daily shuttle will be available to and from the hotel and Festival - see Travel Info for more details. The shuttle fee is $12 per day for a return trip.

Bookings
  • Bookings made on or before 23 August require a minimum 25% deposit at the time of booking.
  • Bookings without the minimum deposit will be cancelled automatically after 72 hours, after which it will be necessary to make a new booking.
  • Full balance is due by 24 August.
  • Bookings made on or after 24 August require full payment.
Cancellations
  • 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 23 August.
  • From 24 August, hotel fees are non-refundable.
Children & Babies Children are welcome. All children count towards occupancy. Limited cribs are available.
