Circle Pines KOA Holiday is located between Williams and IKRC Grand Canyon, about 10 minutes from the Festival site.

This campground provides a range of unique accommodation options from cabins and glamping through to wagons and teepees. Breakfast is not included but there is a cafe and small grocery market onsite and it's 10 minutes drive from shops and restaurants in Williams. There is a playground and an indoor pool and spa as well as a variety of paid activities such as mini golf and go-karts. There is access to paid laundry facilities.

Free parking is provided.

A daily shuttle will be available to and from the hotel and Festival - see Travel Info for more details. The shuttle fee is $12 per day for a return trip.

Must be booked for whole Festival.

Bookings
  • Bookings made on or before 23 August require a minimum 25% deposit at the time of booking.
  • Bookings without the minimum deposit will be cancelled automatically after 72 hours, after which it will be necessary to make a new booking.
  • Full balance is due by 24 August.
  • Bookings made on or after 24 August require full payment.
Cancellations
  • 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 23 August.
  • From 24 August, hotel fees are non-refundable.
Children & Babies Children are welcome. All children count towards occupancy.
