Es necesario inscribirse previamente: Es necesario haber reservado y pagado íntegramente antes de la llegada al festival.

Las reservaciones son intransferibles.

Política de anticipos, pagos y reembolsos: La NTK-UIBK ha celebrado contratos con numerosos proveedores por lo que aplican las siguientes condiciones. Por favor lea atentamente la siguiente información.

Cuotas del festival y acampada 

• Para las reservas efectuadas antes del 11 de julio se requiere un depósito mínimo no reembolsable del 25% al momento de reservar. Las reservas sin depósito mínimo se cancelarán automáticamente pasadas 72 horas, tras lo cual será necesario reservar nuevamente. El pago completo debe efectuarse antes del 11 de julio.
• Para las reservas realizadas a partir del 12 de julio se requiere el pago completo al momento de reservar.
• Cancelaciones:  Únicmaente el anticipo del 25% no será reembolsable en caso de cancelación hasta 48 horas antes del inicio del festival (19:30h del 24 de julio, hora del Reino Unido), Después de esta fecha, las cuotas del festival y acampada no serán reembolsables en ningún caso.

Onsite Accommodation (other than camping)

• Bookings made on or before 11 July require a minimum non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. Bookings without the minimum deposit will be cancelled automatically after 72 hours, after which it will be necessary to make a new booking. Balance payment is due by 11 July.
• Bookings made on or after 12 July require full payment at time of booking.
• Cancellations: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 11 July. From 12 July the accommodation fee is non-refundable.

Meals and Parking

• Bookings made on or before 11 July require a minimum non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. Balance payment is due by 11 July.
• Bookings made on or after 12 July require full payment at time of booking.
• Cancellations: 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to  48 Hours before the start of the festival (19:30 UK time 24 July), after this meals and parking are fully non-refundable.

Airport Shuttles

• Payment: Full payment required at time of booking – this will automatically be calculated when you make your booking.
• Cancellations: a 25% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations up to and including 26 June. From 27 June shuttles are non-refundable. If there is insufficient demand for a bus at a particular time, we will notify you in writing and the fee paid will either be credited against your remaining Festival balance, or if you have a zero balance, we will refund you in full.

Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.

Exceptions: May be made in cases of sickness or bereavement; you should apply by e-mail to the NKT Treasurer treasurer@kadampa.org within 2 weeks of the end of each Festival. This applies to Festival Fee and onsite accommodation only and does not apply to meals or transport.

Early Arrivals and Late Stays: On-site accommodation is available to book for 2 nights before and 1 night after the festival.  Pre-Festival availability for single, and twin or double rooms are limited however. If your chosen pre or post Festival accommodation is not available, we will offer an alternative. Priority for indoor pre/post-Festival accommodation is given to those who are staying in the same accommodation during the festival.

Ordination Ceremony: Please indicate on the booking form if you will be attending the Ordination Ceremony. Please note only those already ordained, or receiving ordination for the first time can attend the actual ceremony itself.

Children and Young Adults: Children and Young Adults are welcome to attend the Festival however, some special conditions apply. Please see the Children & Young Adults page for information about the conditions for children and young adults attending the Festival.

The Courses You Will Attend: The 2024 Summer Festival begins on the evening of 26 July and will end with the lunch on the final day, Saturday 10 August – see Programme page for more info.

Translation: All Festival Empowerments, Teachings, Reviews, Meditations and Retreat Sessions will be conducted in English. Translation will be provided and must be selected at the time of booking. See Translation and Special Needs page for more info.

Audio Recordings: Audio recordings are of the teaching sessions only and do not include the empowerments, guided meditations or retreat sessions. Audio recordings can be purchased at the time of booking, or added to your cart later up to one month after the Festival. The final date for purchasing audio recordings is 10 September 2024.  Recordings may only be purchased for whole of week 1, the whole of week 2, the first weekend (Fri - Sat) or the second weekend (Sat - Sun). Please note that the empowerment, guided meditation and retreat sessions are not included. You must have booked to attend the necessary sessions.  Recordings are for the sole use of the registered recipient and should not be shared.
