Camping
There are two camping options. For each option, you must first book camping – then select which of the camping options you require:
- bringing your own tent
- bringing your own campervan (very limited spaces available)

* Very limited spaces. Please do not bring an overnight sleeping van/campervan unless you have reserved a space otherwise we will be unable to accommodate you. No cooking is allowed. No vans are permitted in the field car park.
Children's & Young Adult's Accommodation

- Children aged 3 and under sharing their parent’s tent or bed are free of charge.
- Children aged 4 and over who are occupying a bed/space in a twin or double room will be charged at full adult rates above.
- Children aged under 16 who are camping (in their parent's own tent) are free of charge.
- It is not permitted for those under 16 to sleep in their own tent but must share with an adult family member/nominated carer. For under 16s who are sharing a tent are free of charge, there is a charge of £2/day for breakfast.
- Children aged 3 or under who are camping (in a ready-erected tent) are free of charge and children aged 4 and over will be counted towards the maximum occupancy of the tent.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE FEE
Shuttles are offered between Manchester Airport and Manjushri KMC subject to demand. £30/each way. See travel info page for more information and times.
MEALS FEE
Festival Meal Ticket for meals served in the main dining marquee:
Breakfast - £2/day
Lunch - £5/day
Supper - £5/day
Children’s Meals
Children’s portions are available for those 12 years and under, and are charged at 50%. Children 13 years and over are charged as adult.
PARKING FEES
Standard Parking: £3.50 per day/part of day. All car parking is in the festival field car park near the main entrance.
Accessible Parking: Free for blue badge holders (or equivalent from your country)- must be displayed in your windscreen. See Parking page for information on conditions and availability.
Van Parking: Vans are not permitted in the field. Day visitors with vans should select the van option when booking parking (spaces are limited). Those sleeping in a van should book camping/campervan options - and do not need to pay separately for parking.
