Accommodation
On-site at IKRC Grand Canyon
IKRC Grand Canyon offers single, double, twin, quad and shared rooms as well as indoor dormitories, all with ensuite bathrooms. Camping in your own tent is also available.
Limited accessible rooms are available onsite - please contact Festival Registration for details and availability.

Early arrivals & late stays: Those booking onsite accommodation who wish to arrive early or stay later, can book for up to two nights before and one night after the Festival through your Festival booking cart.

CAMPING
Must be booked for a minimum of two nights.

Please come prepared! Check that your tent is waterproof and don't forget your sleeping mat, torch, warm clothing, sleeping bag and suitable footwear. Due to the large numbers attending the Festivals, we regret we are unable to provide additional blankets or sleeping bags.
To comply with fire safety regulations, no naked flames of any kind (e.g. candles, gas cookers etc) will be permitted anywhere on the campsite. You must register before pitching your tent and camp in permitted camping areas only. Shared bathrooms are available onsite. Breakfast is included.
Please note that there is strictly no campervans / RVs / overnight camping permitted in the Festival parking lot. RV camping can be booked directly with Circle Pines KOA Holiday or at various campsites in Williams.

You must be 18 years or over to stay in a shared room or dormitory accommodation.
Children and young adults under 18 years old may stay in twin accommodation if their nominated responsible adult caregiver is also sharing the room.
Children aged 4 and over who are occupying a bed/space in a twin room will be charged at the full adult rate.
Children aged 3 and under sharing their parent’s bed are free of charge.
Children aged under 16 who are camping (in their parent's own tent) will not be charged for camping but will be charged $3/day for breakfast.
It is not permitted for those under 16 to sleep in their own tent, but must share with an adult family member/nominated carer.
