Accommodation

KMC Brazil offers twin and quad rooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as shared rooms, indoor dormitories, shared onsite cabins, shared marquees and camping. Because onsite accommodation is limited and in high demand, full payment is required by 10 October.

Early arrivals & late stays: Onsite accommodation in indoor shared rooms, indoor dorms, marquee shared, basic quads, basic dorms and camping can be booked for two days before and after the festival for those wishing to arrive early or stay later - for early arrivals in other accommodation types, contact Festival Registration through your booking cart.

All onsite accommodation, other than camping, must be booked for whole Festival.

Camping

Please come prepared! Check that your tent is waterproof and don't forget your sleeping mat, torch, warm clothing, sleeping bag and suitable footwear. It can get quite windy at KMC Brazil so please ensure your tent is complete with all the necessary pegs etc. Due to the large numbers attending the Festivals, we regret we are unable to provide additional blankets or sleeping bags.

To comply with fire safety regulations, no naked flames of any kind (e.g. candles, gas cookers etc) will be permitted anywhere on the campsite. You must register before pitching your tent and camp in permitted camping areas only. Shared bathrooms are available onsite. Breakfast is included.

Children's  Accommodation

We regret we are unable to accommodate children under 16 in shared rooms or dormitory accommodation.

Children aged 4 and over who are occupying a bed/space in a twin room will be charged at the full adult rate.

Children aged 3 and under sharing their parent’s bed are free of charge.

Children aged under 16 who are camping (in parents own tent) are free of charge. It is not permitted for those under 16 to sleep in their own tent, but must share with an adult family member/nominated carer.

Young Adults (16 & 17 year olds)

Young Adults cannot be accommodated in shared room or dormitory accommodation.  They may stay in twin accommodation if their nominated responsible adult is also sharing the room. 16 and 17 year olds are charged as adults.
