Parking
The Festival site is in a remote location off of I-40. Due to the nature of the Festival site, limited onsite parking is available for those attending the entire event. Priority will be given to those who are staying onsite and those who require accessible parking. We strongly recommend carpooling or making use of the Festival shuttle service.
Parking permits may be purchased at the time of making your booking. You will be required to show your Festival parking permit upon arrival and you must visibly display your parking permit in your car at all times.
There will not be other parking near the Festival site. Because the site is located along the interstate, parking along the road anywhere near the site will result in police involvement and parking fines.
Accessible Parking Spaces
If you have a disability or reduced mobility and need a parking space closer to the Festival site please select the accessible parking option. Note: accessible parking spaces are very limited and will be offered on a first come basis. Priority for these spaces will be given to those with a Disability Parking Permit (or your country equivalent). If you would like an accessible parking space and do not have a Disability Parking Permit (or equivalent), you should book and pay for standard parking, and make a request to welfare@kadampafestivals.org. Again, this will be subject to availability, and priority will be given to those with a Disability Parking Permit.
Your festival parking permit together with your Disability Parking Permit (or equivalent) must be displayed in your car at all times.
Campervans
There is strictly no campervans / RVs / overnight camping permitted in the Festival parking lot. RV camping can be booked directly with Circle Pines KOA Holiday or at various campsites in Williams.
